Fix dependency errors when upgrading extensions and magento from 2.3.2. to 2.3.4

We would like to have a developer that is familiar with Magento help us update our Magnnto extensions on our website as we are getting the following error:

Package community-engineering/module-configurable-pdf-font at version has
a PHP requirement incompatible with your PHP version (7.3.16)

Also when attempting to upgrade from Magento 2.3.2 to 2.3.4 we are getting the following error.
