We are a fast growing e-commerce company. We sell different types of consumer and mobile electronic devices, online.

What we want:
We are looking for motivated and experienced customer service agents with great English language skills. Wed like you to perform customer support for our online store clients. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and it should be yours as well

What youll do:
Communication with customers is done through emails/live chat/phone calls. Fluent mother tongue English is an advantage, no grammar mistake is a must.

Work requirements:
- Organized
- Strong conversational skills
- Strong written skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Answer client emails
- Has high-speed internet and modern computer capability

Bonus:
Previous experience with working on CRM Systems ( Customer Relationship Management ), Zoho Desk, Intercom.
