Looking for creative designer to design modern digital business card

Hi there, I am looking for a professional designer to re-design the existing business card to a modern digital and futuristic looking name card front and back.

The colour and font should be modern and futuristic looking. Please see the modern gradient kind of green e.g. Grab, Fiverr, Shopify, Grammarly.

The front include:

1. Logo can be white or default green depending on background colour
2. Name
3. Title
4. Work Number (Main & DID)
5. Mobile Number
7. FAX Number
8. Email
9. Website
10. QR code

The back include:

1. Logo can be white or default green depending on background colour
2. Two Local addresses
3. Social handle names

Please use icons for all contact labels. We will need the source file to be able to change the wordings and QR code at the end of the project.
