I am onto building a kind of customer support center call center type of product.
I need to understand many terms like Predictive calling.. SIP, PBX and many more.
Also need to know how to proceed with the backend.
I need someone for a week I think.. Only those who has built something similar..
No coding needed but yah how to architect my product.. what all components require..
Once all that is decided.. I can go ahead with development plan..
