Productize Azure ML Model

We have built out an Azure Machine model and need help with the following:
1) Confirm and document an acceptable reference architecture to productize and operationalize the model outputs
2) Build out reference architecture and deploy the model for production use leveraging required Azure functions, data factory pipelines, etc. to populate data outputs to MS SQL or Azure Storage
3) Work with lead Chief Analytics Officer to apply model updates and potential Python build-out

There is a potential for additional machine learning and full-stack development work on a long term basis.
