Prestashop e-store development

We have existed e-store on Prestashop 1.6. Some adjustments needed:
FRONTEND
Editing the menus divisions in categories
Fix filters (improve the speed, fix bugs)
Change the number of items on the page
Add chat
Fix child catalog problems (the categories do not work, at the moment they are managed as landing pages)
The search bar does not work (you can not search for products by sku code)
Improve the views from mobile and ipad (using the ipad horizontally the cart disappears)
Improve the product datasheet
Improve the purchase procedure starting from the cart and so on (less clicks, more clarity)

BACKEND
Possibility to change the threshold for free shipping costs depending on the country
Ability to outline the characteristics of the customers and export data
Ability to export sales data (which products, which brands, in which countries?)
