Need an experienced database web app builder to create an online version of our forms.

We need a freelancer with online database web app creation experience to build the framework of our database online. Would prefer the database to be stored on an affordable platform (possibly Knack). We have been testing:

-Zoho
-Knack
-TrackVia
-Airtable
-Zengine
-Podio
-Transpose

What we need is pretty simple:

1. We have 3 user roles with special permissions:
a) Admin (our team)
b) Agency (view all the portfolios in our database)
c) Model (create, view and edit their own portfolios)

2. An account creation and login page for user roles b) and c)

3. A paywall during account creation stage for user roles b) and c)

Let me know if you can help if familiar with one of the building platforms listed above. Once set up, we will take over the account.
