We would like a 2 page web site developed to do the following:

1 page - give the user the possibility to enter 4 fields to either BUY or SELL shares
(these entries are stored in a database)
1 page to display what is available to BUY

I will share a complete details are in spreadsheet with shortlisted candidates.

I put $5 as the budget as I want to be quoted based on the work, not the budget – Thanks
