Set Up - Trello - Trigger Based Functions

My team just started using Trello as our project management program. We are not familiar with it but we really like it because of the trigger-based functions.

We work in the real estate industry so trigger-based functions are essential to be able to keep up with our deals.

Weve set up the basics but we dont know how to set up trigger-based functions for full efficiency, do you think you can help us set up our Trello to optimize the use of these trigger based functions?

We have our Trello Free Trial until Wednesday so we will need to work quickly on setting up at least one board.
