Construction Of A Map Needed! I'll provide the data.

I need a Map made based off the data I will provide. I will provide around 250,000 addresses along with what I define as a management area label for each address accordingly.

What I need done is to map the addresses out and create an outline/boundaries of where one ends and another begins based off what management area its located in.


I would want this Map to be accessible on The Internet so Ill provide the Domain info.

I used to have free access to an old work website which worked well but that site got shut down so now I need to recreate it.

I attached a perfect example of what I would like it to kind of look like but open to different looking ones too if visually more stimulating.
