AWS CloudFormation Infrastructure

We are upgrading our existing infrastructure on AWS into a new structure using CloudFormation and are looking to outsource out some of the infrastructure set-up work.

Specifically, we are looking to set up the appropriate security groups and IAM users / roles / policies for all of our resources (Lambda, RDS, SNS, SQS, etc) within our VPC. We also need a way to manage these access keys in an organized way.

We are also looking to integrate Secret Manager to manage and rotate database credentials for our PostrgeSQL database with Aurora.

Deliverables:
- Template files in YAML
- Flow chart / diagram documentation
- Document steps on how to use / manage going forward
- Follow-up call / zoom
- Document test cases / validation that everything works
