Create droplet for Photoshop to save jpeg from video

I have a folder with videos I would like to convert into images.
The images should not be from the first frame but from frame 100.

I use mac os if it matters...

I need a droplet to batch open MOV video files and export jpg full quality images.
Each file should:

1. Open in photoshop
2. Take an image from frame number 100
3. Export to export folder with the Same file name (only different extension of course)
4. close video file
