Architectural Technologist

Desing of heritage site monument and construction detail.
To include construction document.

Candidate must have a command of hand drawing skills, photoshop, autocad and revit

Prepare detailed Construction working drawings as per request.
Qualification : Advanced diploma in Architectural Technology
Bsc. Architecture along with experience preparing architectural construction drawing.

The ideal candidate must be able to use revit.

Must be able to follow instructions and is able to present drawings according to established graphics standards.

Technician must understand that time is very important and any delay will cause issues with client. If there is a delay then chances are project will be affected negatively or canceled by client which may or may not result in non payment be client which will cause you not being paid.

This is an ongoing process and as such selected candidate must be reliable.

TECHNOLOGIST WILL BECOME OUR ON CALL TECHNOLOGIST
As freelance technologist you will be given projects on a regular basis at fixed rates.
once completed successfully you will be given more to be completed within the agreed timeline.

MILESTONE 1: 25% payment

o Cover sheet
o Site location plan ( located on cover sheet)
o Site plan
o Site setting out and drainage plan
o Bathroom & Kitchen call out
o Floor plans
o Elevations
o Sections

MILESTONE 2: 25% payment
o Roof plan & details
o Stair plan and details
o Window & door schedule
o Special call-outs and details
o Electrical plan
o Plumbing plan

MILESTONE 3: 50% payment
REVIEW, CHANGES & FINAL PAYMENT
