we want to build a site in wordpress

we already have the hosting space - domain - ssl certificate

we have to:
1. create the 6-7 pages
2. all the graphic part was made by a graphic designer, so you just have to mount the graphic parts on the site, the graphic parts are already translated into the right language - the text contents are already translated by us
3. It is very important to create an optimized SEO site
without garbage code, which generates clean code
seo friendly for the search engine

we are interested in knowing:
1. times to do it
2. any references of sites ecommerce and no ecommerce website
