Exsiting WooCommerce Plugin Analysis

Looking for an agency that is experienced in WooCommerce Plugin development.

We are in the process of transferring an existing WooCommerce Plugin and before taking over the plugin would like to do a code level analysis of the existing plugin.
I will provide a complete guideline of plugins and remaining details with shortlisted candidates.

- New features that should be implemented. How to approach auto renewal for the plugin? Free and premium versions exist for the plugin.
- Marketing strategies/ideas to get more sales
- Code quality
- Any immediate changes needed
- Security any red flags,
- General framework for the plugin, maintainability, scalability.
