CAD designer to create a 3D model of a residential building.
Issue: Small modular home builder and our mfg drawing are from sill plate up. so there is a disconnect from this and actual lot or land contours at times or special requests from towns or client. so we need someone to take our CAD files and topo from surveyor and design stairs deck and other items to complete the pkg for permits and so the client can see what they are going to get.

bonus item looking into also or from another person.
like to also see about 3d modeling from our CAD file.
also perhap helping with design work and our mfg/factories.

and added model.

i have place example of a house that is going into a hill and will have a drive under.
we need to show this and stair to main door and show basement will wall and doors into livving space in basement etc.......
