Need A Savvy Social Media Content Creator

I am looking for a savvy social media marketing manager that is passionate about creating unique high value social media content for long term work. Im looking for someone that really understands and executes social media marketing strategy. Who knows how to position us uniquely in the market. I dont want to be posting on social media just to post something- I want to post things with meaning and that add value to people. Im also looking to grow my Instagram and Twitter so I would like someone who knows how to do that.

-Youre familiar with the various social media marketing tools to help us schedule posts and grow.
-You know how to create a powerful social media content calendar.
