1. 12 MSQs select questions (MSQs) where the question will have one or more than one correct option. Each question should have at least 5 choices.

1. All the questions should be conceptual/scenario-based and a couple of scripting (code snippets) questions are also to be added.

2. Questions should be PLAGIARISM FREE (Not copied from google or any other sites). Upon receipt of the questions, we will carry out plagiarism checks for all the questions. If any of the questions is found to be plagiarized / available anywhere online then the complete assignment/contract will be cancelled.

3. Each question should have at least 5(Five) Answer choices.

3.2 Please dont use All of the Above

4. Question and Answer choices should be free from errors (Grammar, Punctuation, Spellings etc), clear to understand and should contain no ambiguity. We recommend using tools like Grammarly to check the correctness of the sentences.

5. Avoid excessive window dressing (should not contain irrelevant and unwanted information in Question or Answer Choices).

6. There should be 1 correct answer and 5 plausible distractors for Multiple Choice Questions(MCQs) and Multiple Selection Questions (MSQs) and for label and image dropdown question there should be minimum 3 dropdowns with 4 options in the question.

7. Once the questions created by you are shared with us, Glider will become the absolute owner of the questions and these questions should not be reproduced or recreated in any form to any other client.

8. All the Key topics pertaining to the skill should be covered while creating the questions.

9. Please update the below details for all the questions.
9.1 In Tags- Topic and Subtopic. The first letter of the Tag should be Capital. If the tag is available
in the Pre-populated list please select from that list.
9.2 In Author Tags- Add your name.
9.3 In Solution- Please add the explanation for the correctness of the question.
9.4 Shuffle answer choice should be enabled for all the questions.
9.5 For MSQs question please add this instruction Select all that apply below.

10. Difficulty Level and Time has been mentioned below. Please add it accordingly for each question.

Choose suitable difficulty level according to the question you create and add suitable time taken to answer the question.

11. Post receipt of the questions following would be the process:
1. Plagiarism Check.
2. Questions sent to 2 external SMEs(Subject Matter Experts) who would attempt the questions as candidates and will share the feedback on the questions.
3. The feedback received will be shared with you for addressing those concerns. You will have to review the feedback and make changes to the questions accordingly. If
you feel that the content shared by you is correct and the changes suggested by
the Reviewers are not correct, you can let us know. We will arrange for communication
between you and the reviewer.
4. Once the questions are deemed fit in all aspects, the payment will be immediately
released.
