Design my retirement home

I am planning for my retirement home/resort. I am looking for a freelancer or an agency that will help me realize my dream home. The deliverable will be detailed design documents (architecture, structural, electrical, mechanical, interior, landscape) and each would be a major milestone. I am also open to having each as a project on its own if that is better for any reason that I cant see now.

The location is unique (over a hill in an agricultural part of the Arabian desert), the land dimensions are unique, and the vision I have is unique (fusion of colonial Spanish and modern style with large different views from different angles). This will be a challenging project and a good way to show your skills in so many ways!

General requirements:
1- Smart home (entry, security, control)
2- Preferred style is Spanish colonial, Mexican, Italian (so we are looking for courtyard, alfresco, patio..
3- It should be designed so it gets better with time as opposed to deteriorate
4- High on privacy and outdoors living
5- High ceilings in ground floor
6- Large windows and glass walls where applicable
7- A large olive tree is a major part of the place
8- Built-in wardrobes, kitchen, basins, outdoors furniture
9- Open kitchen, dining, living area with good outside view and access to alfresco

Ground floor:
- Entrance with storage
- Bathroom
- Small personal praying and ablution area
- Master suite
- Guest suite
- Laundry room
- Kitchen storage

- Office
- House maid suite
- Outside summer/winter living
- Garage/workshop

First floor:
- 3 suites
- Outside summer living

Deliverable/Milestones:
- 2D Auto-CAD Architecture Drawings including Furniture Plan For The Premises with notes and dimensions.
- 2D Landscape Design.
- 3D Modelling and Visualization For The Exterior Facades.
- 4K High Quality Renderings of the Villa, Landscape and Villa Fence.
- Architectural 2D Elevation Drawings for the 3D Modelled Facade(s) and Fence.
- Structural study with Complete Foundation / Column(s) / Slab(s) / Water tank / Staircase.
- Mechanical and Electrical Drawings with complete sanitary system, cooling, and wiring.
- Interior design with Complete 3D Modelling for the spaces in the Villa + 4K High Quality Renderings + 2D Auto-CAD Drawings (The Detailed Drawings will include the following: Gypsum Plan, Electrical Plan, Decor Plan, and Flooring Plan).
