Pardot + Salesforce + Wordpress Expert Needed

We need someone to
1) set-up our Pardot grading system to work aligned to the way our clients business is done. This business is somewhat unique in that theyre not selling widgets, theyre selling $1M+ ranches (avg. price of $6M) so we basically care about three things: are they financially qualified at $1-$10M (B), financially qualified at $10M+ (A), and a former client (buyer or seller) which gives them a + so B+ or A+. We dont really need Cs in our system, and cant figure out how to bypass the way Pardot grades to make this happen.
2) create a form in Wordpress that connects to Pardot, checks for new vs. existing customer, and if new utilizes the round-robin approach to assign a regional rep from a pool of reps to the new customer.
