Amazon accounting for a US Delaware firm

Accounting for a US based firm.
dont imagine that it has much activity - overall yearly income is around $2,5K - 3K max.. its spread over these months.

weve kind of started this business, went up with it but due to lack of time didnt have time to develop it properly.

now all we want is to have our accounting in order and not risk any fines or so.
yearly statement(s) included.

we will provide access to the amazon account and bank statement from the bank that was used for our payments.

if everything goes well and the price is fair, we are looking to turn this into a permanent collaboration - in April I am coming to NY and in april we are re-launching properly and with a new budget.
