Need help to move the wordpress site to new hosting Kinsta

I need to move my site from my current hosting to new host, which is Kinsta,
And they can migrate the site for free but got such error:

We are getting an error when trying to import your database per the below:

ERROR 1118 (42000) at line 990: Row size too large (> 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 0 bytes is stored inline.

This seems to be caused table:

wp_wdi_themes

Please consult with your database manager in order to resolve that above error.

So I need someone to assist me to move the site.
Also I will need to improve the site speed.
