Find & list stock prices for Google on Thursday & Friday at NOON in a spreadsheet

Its easy to find stock prices at the open or close. Its harder to find historical stock prices for specific times going back more than a few days. I need three years of data for stock prices at exactly Noon Eastern. Specifically Google (GOOG) and SPY On Thursday and Friday at Noon for three years. Can you get this data? Its up to you where to find a reliable source of data. This is the contract. Please dont apply until/unless you know how. Youll be asked to provide more information in the questions.

The only skills you need are

A. How to find your own accurate data for stock prices at NOON in US markets in US dollars.

B. Create a basic spread sheet with perhaps minor spread sheet analysis and graphs or tables.

The purpose of this is to check underlying stock volatility for options trading on GOOG stock & SPY ETFs. You dont need to know how to trade stocks or options, but basic knowledge is helpful and could lead to additional periodic, irregular work. No bids above current rate please.
