Ruby Developer needed to refactor and document architecture of existing crowdfunding site.

Housingjointventure is a real estate crowdfunding platform allowing investors to buy equity or debt in the Midwest real estate market. The online platform is powered by Ruby on Rails with a PostgreSQL database backend. The first deliverable for this task to refactor the code according to industry standard Ruby style-guide. The second deliverable is to restructure the code to streamline future development. This deliverable would be accompanied by an architecture document describing each major component and API integration in the platform. This also includes adding source code documentation and a guide on how to navigate the code. The final deliverable is to create a tutorial that show how to add extend the platform by adding a new page (or feature) which includes examples on how to integrate with external APIs.
