I am looking for a freelance developer with experience in mobile app development in the finance, investments and community pooling. Phase 1 will be community pooling of funds and in future phases we will move into community investment.

The work includes:

UI/UX design based on provided theme
Android App development (French/English)
Admin Panel
Payment gateway integration (USSD & Payment Platforms)
Backend API
Chat integration (WhatsApp)

*Functional specifications have been completed and just need to be updated with payment integration requirements

Time Estimate: 4 to 6 weeks
