Restore WooCommerce data from SQL file

I am trying to restore my WooCommerce data. I have a .sql file containing all the database information I need (orders, customers, etc.) and Im trying to restore this into a new Wordpress account.

The reason I need this done is that I had a WooCommerce store, and I closed the hosting account, but later on I realized that I needed the order data for my taxes. When I asked the hosting company if they could help, they provided me with this .sql file containing all the info. However, Im not sure how to use it/re-import it into Wordpress.
