Illustrator for Children's Book Under 5 Years Old

I am in need of an experienced illustrator to create around 16 custom childrens illustrations. The illustrations will be be done in vector format and full color. There will be 2 characters repeating in each image, but may have different clothes or accessories to match to textual content.

Please include example of vector imagery you have done in the past (especially if for children).

I will provide a detailed description of the book and the imagery needed.
