We have a Windows Small Business Server 2011 standard which is running AD, DNS, DHCP and File Server. This Server is getting very slow and needs to be upgraded so We have bought a new Hardware from Dell on which a Virual machine has been created and installed Windows server 2019 Standard.

We now need to migrate the services from the old server to the new server.
