Developer needed for Wordpress Support

I am a volunteer Communication Chair responsible for the website built on Wordpress several years ago. I am capable enough to get the site edited and post new items. However, we have a problem with our Virtual Composer when we upgraded to WP 5.4. We also have to upgrade PHP and I do not feel at all comfortable doing this.

This assignment will be a project but I would like to have someone willing to help me occasionally when I hit a wall.

I also often have some things I want to do that I dont know how to do so an adviser who might be able to show me how to do some tasks.

I would want an hourly rate confirmed and then also a cost to do the initial work with PHP and Visual Composer. We are a non-profit so I do need to have an idea of what it will take upfront, ballpark.

Lastly, I work in ecommerce and manage a development team of Salesforce Commerce devs so I do know how long things take generailly speaking.
