cross platform mobile application image recognition

I am searching for someone to help me create a cross platform mobile application in order to identify different labels of wines.
The application will work like Vivino application and the principle is simple: We will take o photo of a wine bottle front label and compare it to our database of wine labels (or some other technology that will google search the wine image label). Once a mach is found it will display wine details like year, winery, rating etc..
The solution should be able to identify / differentiate between products / wines
Different Products / Wines that are not on our database should be stored on the database for review.
Please send me your suggestions and solutions .
