Furniture Designer

We are looking for a furniture designer to design custom built-in furniture and develop shop drawings for construction.

We will provide you with dimensions, photographs of the spaces and design goals. Your work will be to identify concepts that meet these goals, create sketches of furniture pieces, handle revisions to the design and finally create shop drawings that a carpenter will use for construction.

Examples of the furniture pieces will include: built-in closets, entertainment units, couches, outdoor benches and tables.

To respond to this posting, please provide examples of your furniture design work including shop drawings and photos of the final construction. This is ongoing work that is expected to last at least 6 months.
