I would like to show the results of a survey in graphic form. There are 12 criteria that the survey calculates based on the answers to a 60-question survey. The graph would be in the form of a radar screen (see sample pic attached) and it would be sent to each respondent upon submission of the answers. The survey is currently in Google Docs but it can be exported to whatever application is needed so that the graphic tool and the algorithm that calculates the 12 points (already done by me) can be in tue background of the application. The user would only have access to the survey.
