C#, MVC, and Google App Engine

I have a site written in C# (MVC) and Ive pushed it up to Google Cloud App Engine. The problem Im having though, is it doesnt recognize any route except the index method. The rest of the methods throw a 404. It all works on my localhost just fine... Not sure whats causing this issue but I could use someone that has an idea of whats wrong.
