Front end project AngularJS

We are planning to redesign the cvety2.kz site, now we are looking for a specialist who can work directly with our designer and distract our backend specialist minimally.

VPS Debian GNU / Linux 8 (jessie);
PostgreSQL 9.6;
Express 4 (TypeScript);
GraphQL API ;
Angular 6 (Angular Universal: server-side rendering)
PM2 (process manager for Node.js)

We are developing in gitlab.
