Setup VPN to host Domain and Setup MySQL for Remote Connection

Currently have a VPN with Hostinger. I need the VPN to host my business domain. This is a side project and I havent had time to explore it.

I will also need MySQL to allow remote connection. It is currently installed and only accessible with the localhost on the VPN. Was unsuccessful connecting with an app outside of the server.
