Redesign case study in INDD and AI for attractive PDF

The case was set up in Word with lame clip-art and excel graphs will share with shortlisted candidates.

I want it redesigned to a magazine-style, not the same as, but as good as sample file. This will require creating new graphs and illustrations (in AI) and laying it out in PDF. The purpose is on-screen viewing, but some people will print it (like on office printer)
