Im not sure if this is even possible but we are developing a portal to refer patients direct to hospital. However I represent about 20 optometric practices thought West Yorkshire most of which use different practice management software. If I can get all the practices to export a referral letter in the same format into word or Excel or even open office, can a macro be written to copy the data to a web page, so the correct fields go to the correct place?
