Need to optimize website for mobile devices as well as fixing some minor bugs.

Our current website at talkstarbuck has some issues displaying the way we would like it to on mobile.

-In the first two pages of the survey, we would like the buttons to shrink/scale to the vertical size of a mobile screen. Ideally, a user would not have to scroll at all to see all the options.
-We would also like to have the forward button removed from those two pages, so that when the user makes a selection, they will automatically be taken to the next set of questions. This does not apply when there are multiple options to be made on the 3rd page.
-The logo that appears in the header, does not appear on mobile devices.
-On mobile, the page seems to allow horizontal scrolling, which is something we do not like.

We would also like to discuss options regarding implementing anti-spam filters for a future milestone
