Progressive web app development

Were looking to have a web app developed for our car storage company. Well need the web app to do the following.

Staff:
-Check a vehicle in within app. (photos, tire pressures, vehicle condition, trickle charger, etc)
-Check on requested services, timeline, and calendar.
-Send customer notifications about their cars. Ie when a car is ready for pickup and when services are done.)
-Where the cars are with customers, dealership, vendors.
-Vendor calendar sync for when services are requested.

Customer:
-Schedule car pick up
-Schedule Vehicle services (details, pick up, drop off, gassing of vehicle)
-Vehicle status (gas level, service light, etc. Taken when checking the car in)
