This is for Deskside support on Mondelez International from Lovisice and from Marianske Lane - Czech Republic.

The enginner should attend to the following skills/tasks:

Network:

IP Subnetting
L2 Switching
1-2yrsexperience in network level troubleshooting
L2 Wireless
Hardware Engineering
IPAM Management
Basic Knowledge of reporting/ITSM Tool
Rack & Stacking with cable tracing capability



Hosting:

Knowledge in Server Hardware
1-2yrsexperience in windows server troubleshooting
Basic Knowledge of reporting/ITSM Tool
Basic understanding of Remote console device like iDRAC, iLO etc
Should able to understanding various windows roles like Windows Cluster,Hyper-v, Domain controller
Should have experience / Knowledge in identifiying Hardware issue, server reboot, Vmware hypervisor (ESXi) reboot, Server Cabling knowledge
Should have basics knowledge in Patch management of windows servers, Backup terms and technology, Basic understanding of SQL terms and technology
Should have experience / knowledge in OS reparing methods, Active Directory, Domain Controller, Windows Server OS Deployment using ISO images, CD/DVD
Should able to communicate the issue clearly over call as well as via email.
Should have basic knowledge in Storage box, HBA cards- controllers, iSCSI



EUC:

Build and install PCs, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, handheld devices) related to desktop infrastructure in accordance with department standards
Maintain installed PCs, networks and peripherals with routine maintenance
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
Ensuring that work is carried out within agreed service levels
Migrating desktops/laptops from Windows XP to Windows 7 or higher platform
Support desktops/laptops backup and restoration
Clear communication of technical issues to the Service Provider (TCS)
Troubleshooting issues on the EUC devices such as Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners and Handheld devices
Communicate the issues clearly over the phone call and email to the Service Provider (TCS)
Knowledge of reporting and ITSM Tool
Knowledge hardware maintenance and cabling


We are looking for english speaker tech, that can work two weeks full time starting in 2 days and make technical visits by requirement after that.
