Graphic designer needed for a really quick t-shirt graphic (probably <30 mins of labor)

I am in need of a logo/mascot image to be used in a t-shirt design for an upcoming reunion between very strong friends from college. This event is aptly named the Madison Meat Up 019 and we would like a logo to help brand the event. This will be used for t-shirts and possibly other miscellaneous party goods.

I will share an image of a Meat Man that we would like to use as the starting point for our logo with shortlisted candidates. We would like our logo to be as close as possible to this image, but with a little more edge -- possibly some sunglasses or an eye patch, or some tattoos that say STRENGTH or I <3 PUSH-UPS. I would also like our Meat Man to be smoking a cigar.

This project should draw heavily from this great-but-unfortunately-unusable Meat Man, and should really only take 30-60 minutes to complete. Really we just need some additions/customization to the existing Meat Man to further demonstrate his strength and toughness. Please note that the worse/more ridiculous it is, the better.

Please also note that I need to put the t-shirt order in by the week of 4/15, so this is a somewhat expedited request. If you could provide your illustrations by 4/16 at the latest, that would be ideal.
