New program current program in Visual studio with language (Either C# or VB.) and Sequal server

We have software Designed in Visual studio with language (C+ or VB.) and sequal server. It is extremely old and can not be updated or moved computer to computer.

I am looking for a programmer to recreate what we have with improvements. (recreate house computer program written in Visual Studio C+ running with SQL. )

I would like to make changes to the program to improve.

The system currently links between, outlook, quickbooks, and creates document library.

Examples of edits.
-Creating an auto fill option so you do not need to type everything over and over again.
-better search features
-make the program easier to install on multiple computers and operate.
- operate better when users in program
-

Advise on getting the program to run better is welcome.
The program is an order system/PO system/vendor/. I can provide a copy of the full program if needed to view and decide if you can work with it.
