Mobile Form Submit Solution

We currently have a html form submitting to google sheets via google forms through. The html is validated through Jquery Validation Plugin.

First Problem:
The form submits fine on desktop but is not submitting on mobile devices.

Second Problem:
A signature is being saved as a base64 string. The whole data being transfered to the server (a google sheets) seems to sometimes be to large, that google declines the call. The base64 code needs to be compressed and uncomprossed in google sheets.

I hope someone can help out.
