Need help in building a website and help understand the process through some tutorials

I need help creating a website - CPanel based.
I have some domains and a delux cpanel hosting account so that I can have some blog types websites.
Joomla based or something from scratch, whichever works fine. If someone can help me add features to have videos, that would be awesome.
In the process, I would like some tutorials/information on CPANEL, the backend database, ADMINISTRATION, etc, that would be great.
