Architect Facade designer

I am currently seeking an Experienced and Capable Architect to design a Facade for a small multi-story residential building. the design shall be sustainable utilizing locally available stone material e.g. Hasmah Stones, Mica. etc. the design shall also avoid major modification to the building structure or block work.

The overarching objective and the value delivered through the design is :
1- Elegance.
2- Uniqueness.
3- Simplicity
4- Sustainability and Environment.
5- Economics.


Interested experts please submit a free hand sketch or similar of your proposed design concept together with your financial offer based on your advertised hourly rates and the time frame required to deliver the project

If your are selected , you will be required to deliver the following:
1- Elevation.
2- Shop Drawings. Site visit may be required to verify and confirm dimensions and the existing situation.
3- 3D Render.
