Ionic expert needed for finishing hybrid app

We have an Ionic app which has been started, but not finished. We are looking for someone who can take on this project and work with our developer to polish it into something beautiful.

We need someone who can develop Ionic apps for iOS and Android, and for phones and tablets.

This work will involve:
- Working with a custom in-house API
- Integrating Apple Pay and Google Pay via existing payment gateways
- Publishing test versions (and possibly live versions) to the App store and Play store
- Working with in-app video

This is a project that will evolve over time, the requirements may change as we progress.
