Make Magneto 1.9 Website Update Changes, Security Patches, Optimize Website Page Speed

This is working on an existing Magento 1.9.
Here are the following things we need.

1) Work Preparation, Backup, Demo Setup + Sub Domain Setup
2) Homepage add banner and change images around, Make product pages updates, adding new products products up to 10-20.
3) Backend admin update invoice information
4) Update to latest security patches, retaining URLs
5) Improve Website optimization speed for mobile and desktop
6) Testing, quality assurance and make new website changes live
