App with web admin dev with chat/messaging.

App concept for iPhone on this budget.

Very simple Web/app platform. No big design theme needed. Minimal creative. Goal is functional. Basically, a private chat/message app

Issue: for people with eating disorders, when they call an eating disorder center, it takes them about 60 days to actually make the decision to go to a center. Length of stay is over a month long so its not a short sales cycle.

Solution: develop an app and web application so the eating disorder center can take the initial call, add very basic patient information. (Name, email, phone number, age, adddress, actual disorder) The center then sends an email to the potential patient (not from the app) and has them click on a link to download the app.

The patient should be given a password and login. However, if someone that has not called wants to download and join, they can without calling.

This gives the center the ability to chat/message with the patient regularly. App should have ability to run in background. Send them information and motivational words or ideas via the message/chat function. Basic but securE.

The app will have content for eating disorder. An information center, with FAQ and specific detail about the center.

This will be used by different centers since companies generally own more than one. The instance only needs to cover one center. But web/app will need to accomodate the change of logo/center name/address/contact.

Admin function for users. Multiple users on the back end but can see same information.
Backend will display names, date signed up, number of messages, last time sent, if they joined or not. Can have active and non active users.
