Need a design for a new company logo

We are creating a new restaurant brand that we will open in Nairobi. The restaurant is affordable for middle-class and it offers a casual, local atmosphere.
For this project, we are looking for an agency or a free lancer to work on the logo as a start. We need the logo in different formats (ai, eps, jpeg, png in male and female version, as high res and low res)
In the long run, we can work again together for a list of collateral designs such as doggy bags, uniform, napkin, menu, flyers, posters.
