Graphic designer needed for rebranding logo

Im looking for a graphic designer able to create a logo that I can center rebranding my program with. The program focuses on growing children in a way that allows them to be calmer and happier by creating a calmer community for them to grow up in. It is based in play therapy, regulation techniques, and the power of empathy. In the process of rebranding I will be redesigning my social media, my website, beginning video content, and eventually need cover designs for my next book. An effective logo development would lead to future opportunities in helping me with these other projects.

My current logo is below in several ways that i have used it. I dont like that its not well made, and not very versatile for projects outside of my book covers. I do love that its fairly simplistic and embodies ideas of growth, energy, and resilience.
